The location
Lückendorf lies in the far south-east of Saxony, in the district of Görlitz, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. It sits at 450 to 550 metres above sea level and is the only village on the south-facing side of the Zittau Mountains, a small range south of the town of Zittau. The village holds official status as a Luftkurort, a German designation for resorts with recognised clean air.
The area lives mainly from walking and holiday tourism, with accommodation open all year. Nearby are the castle and monastery ruins on the Oybin rock and several sandstone formations popular with hikers. The village keeps many restored Umgebindehäuser, the timber-framed houses typical of this border region. An old trade route between Prague and northern Europe, the Gabler Straße, runs through the village and today leads across the border into the Czech Republic.
Who it suits. This suits an investor or developer with experience in large conversions who wants a project in senior housing or tourism where a building permit is already in place.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
