L&B Immobiliya EuRuS GmbH has worked as an estate agency since 2009, based in Berlin-Friedrichshain with properties all over Germany. A large share of our clients live abroad: they buy or sell without moving and need someone who knows the German rules and explains them clearly.

Your contacts are the two managing directors, Kate Lehmann and Luba Baumgärtner. Each property has one of them as its contact person, named on the listing. Our team advises you in English.

Our brokerage business is carried out under the licence pursuant to § 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), granted on 23 March 2009 by the District Office of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in Berlin.
